Hardwire Electronics PDM28 power distribution module

Hardwire PDM modules form the backbone of our electrical system, replacing traditional fuse-and-relay architectures with a compact and fully configurable solution.

What is a PDM?

A PDM takes inputs from switches, sensors or the CAN bus and powers your loads, monitoring the current on every output. When a fault happens, it switches that output off to protect the loom, then retries it.

Solid state

No relays or fuses to wear out. Vibration, water and dirt are no longer a problem.

Fully configurable

Reassign outputs, logic and fuse thresholds in software, with no wiring changes.

CAN bus native

Talk to ECUs, VCUs and keypads. DBC import, J1939 and up to 100 CAN inputs and outputs.

Protected outputs

Every output is overcurrent, overtemperature, load dump and reverse polarity protected, with automatic retry.

Data logging

Onboard flash logging up to 1000Hz, live data views and a built-in CAN bus analyser.

Made in the UK

Designed and manufactured by our ISO 9001 certified team in North Lincolnshire.
