2 Questions about datalogging, couldn't find these answers in the software or in the manual.
When configuring datalogging, I can set the Logging Speed. But it's just a unit-less number. Is that Hz? KHz? ms? other? Same question for reading logs: When reading a log, the X axis is time, but it doesn't say what the scale is. So not sure if I'm looking at seconds or milliseconds, or is it just arbitrary 'ticks'? This is important to accurately measure and set the Peak Fuse Time.
Hi Matt, we overhauled the data logging part of the PDM in V110 of the software, please download this for the newest features. When you update the PDM and reload your config, make sure to redo the output functions as they won't be valid . On V110 of the firmware, you can choose to log any PDM variable at select speeds given in Hz. When you then load the logs back onto the PC, the horizontal axis units will be In seconds, and the vertical axis units will be the same units as when you configure the PDM, e.g current in Amps, voltages in Volts etc. George
