I am running a G4+ ECU from Link and unfortunately the ECU doesnt allow for the ECU to be controlled by keypad. I am currently on a Blink 12 and PDM 15. I was considering using a 15 key wih dial and incorporating ECU functions into it (Boost pressure, GP Limits, logging, etc) and ditching the analog toggles currently in use.

You shouldn't have any trouble there. The PDM can send out the keypad button and dial states on the custom CAN outputs
