Can you set up a Blink Marine keypad to not only progress through 3 different outputs based individual key presses but also on interval of the button press? For example could you set up a button to turn on one output that powers headlight low beams and then switch to high beam output with second press. On the next press you would cycle back to low beam circuit and continue to toggle between low and high beam on successive button pushes but never to an off state until the button is pushed and held down for 1 second or longer.

Did you try this? Did it work seems like a good idea especially for lights w hibeam
Should be able to. We have a button (not keypad button) set up where a short press sets a data marker and a long press fires the starter motor.
I would think you would use 2 counters. Long press increments your headlight counter, your headlight output would be based on this counter. Short press + headlight output being active would increment your high beam counter.
Agreed. Good idea and I am pretty sure the answer is yes, using a counter setup, even though I'm not sure how yet. Another one that I thought of would be using a series of button presses to enable everything else. For example, none of the outputs would work until you pressed the horn button, the headlight button, the ignition button, the fan button and then the fuel pump button in that order. That way you could basically have an anti theft feature
Nice idea 😊
